On Friday more than 400 people are expected to attend the celebrations which will start at 11am.
It will be a chance for current kinder to year 6 students and their families to catch up with former members of the school. School administration manager Tania Wettern said the interest was positive and the event would be marked by activities on including a dinner on Friday and then a breakfast on Saturday morning.
“We have 150 going to the dinner on Friday,” she said. Currently 135 pupils attend the Henty Public School and they were excited about the event and were planning to include their immediate and extended families in the events on Friday.
“We will have a luncheon at 1.30pm on Friday,” Mrs Wettern said.
“People are really getting behind it and we have had heaps of photos donated and the committee have printed them off to make displays at the school,” she said.
