The Meet the Hockers band comprises of three members and mother Naomi Hocker said her family will be playing a variety of songs to help the community explore new sustainability ideas.
“We’re playing Riptide, then we’re doing Geronimo with a double drum performance, there will be a bit of country in there and some Rhinestone Cowboy,” she said.
“It’s for the old fete for the Lutheran school; it only happens every two years and it’s huge. There are carnival rides and jumping castles and there will be people at the festival talking about having a sustainable life in your own backyard and all the tricks that go with that.”
The festival will kick off at the Lutheran Primary School on Tamar Drive in Tatton this Saturday, October 14 from 10am.
