Now in its third year, residents can feast their eyes on some of the best food and wine the city has to offer as the eight part festival kicks off.
Hundreds of residents are expected during the course of the popular event, from October 8 to February 23.
Host Tim McMullen said organisers have increased the entertainment to keep festival goers coming back.
“We normally have one band but we are having a couple this year,” Mr McMullen said.
“We’re mixing it up with lighting and roaming entertainment to keep it fresh and plenty of different types of food and booze.”
A loyalty card buy 10 get one free system will also be on offer.
“It is a great time of year with daylight savings starting, as soon as that warmer weather hits people want to get outdoors,” Mr McMullen said.
The first three Friday’s will be held at Wagga Beach while the final five will return to the 2016 location at the Wagga Civic Precinct.
The festival will run from 5.30 to 9.30pm.
