GUIDELINES for Victoria’s Doctors in Secondary Schools Program were released last week. Very young girls will be able to obtain the contraception pill at school without their parents knowing that they have been to a doctor. Your permission will not be required, and in fact there will be no need for parents to know that their child is taking the pill.

Last year a story in The Age reported; “Critics fear children as young as 12 could soon access the contraceptive pill at school without their parents' knowledge, under a new 'doctors in schools' Labor initiative.”
“Doctors will visit 100 disadvantaged state secondary schools from next year as part of a Labor election promise aimed at giving thousands of students access to better health care,” the story continued.
“The program received $43.8 million of funding in the recent (2016) state budget, including $18 million to build examination rooms on school grounds..
The guidelines have now been released. The pill is ready to go, at school.
I found it interesting that this initiative is being activated at the same time that the news media is consumed with the gay marriage debate. The two issues have a common thread. Victorian schools implemented an “anti-bullying” program called Safe Schools. The Victorian Department of Education and Training website states, “The Safe Schools program helps schools foster a safe environment that is supportive and inclusive of LGBTI students.” After poor early acceptance by schools, Safe Schools is now compulsory in Victoria.
This Latrobe University “anti-bullying program” was designed to educate students about sexual and gender diversity. Its leader was hardline Marxist and LGBTI activist Roz Ward, who happily broadcast her extreme Left political views, including publicly linking the program to a broader Marxist push to liberate society from “gender constructs”. She had urged a Marxist sexual revolution to liberate us from capitalist oppression!
It’s the Marxist part that attracts my attention. One of my university subjects for my Education major was communist education, in which I might humbly add I scored a distinction. When I was doing my degree, both China and Russia were hardline communist societies.
Keeping parents away from decisions about their children was basic communist doctrine. Children were sent to education camps - indoctrination we would call it these days - where their personal and moral character was shaped according to the best Marxist principles.
In Australia we have long believed that it is parents, and only parents, that have the right to make decisions about the upbringing of their children, except in cases of neglect or moral danger. Yet here we have a hard left Victorian Labor government introducing a program to take moral education out of parents’ hands!
Destroying the bourgeois family was basic to Mao’s China. Parents who didn’t measure up to Marxist principles were sent off to the country too! Right now we are seeing the product of this type of communist education in North Korea, where indoctrination is their way of life.
Marriage was “private prostitution”, wrote Marx. Gay “marriage”, education about alternative sexual preferences, encouragement of sex at an early age, are all Marxist ideas designed to undermine the traditional family - your family. Your family is your responsibility. Let’s wake up and recognise the Marxist push to destroy our society and our freedoms.
