Warriors are languishing in seventh spot after coming off a disheartening draw to ninth-placed Young on Saturday, having given up a 2-0 lead.
But Hull says his team boasts top four level talent on paper and attributes their shortcomings to a simple lack of effort.
“I don’t believe we’re performing to our expectations,” he said.
“We’ve seen it every weekend where we get lazy and have goals scored on us.
“Certain guys work hard but you need all 11 men working their butts off and that just hasn’t been happening.
“It’s become a trend and I’ll be stepping in to make changes for Sunday’s game.”
Warriors advances forward have not come close to reaching their potential, according to Hull.
Striker Nazar Yousif has been highly active up front - his 16 goals placing him in equal second place on the competition-wide leaderboard - but he has been a lone ranger in a side lacking flow and cohesion.
“I certainly think we have strength in attack and on paper we’re a strong team, but on game day day we just don’t seem to gel together,” Hull said.
South Wagga sits in seventh spot with four wins, eight losses and two draws.
Their only victories have come against Tumut (twice), Young and Wagga United, all of whom sit sixth or lower on the ladder.
The club’s shining light was a 4-0 away win over the sixth-place Eagles two weeks ago, a win which was fuelled by a dominant midfield. South Wagga faces Junee at Wagga Showgrounds on Sunday.
