Officers executed search warrants on Adams Street and Buna Street shortly after 11.30am, yielding a trove of allegedly stolen goods including a hunting knife, clothes and electronics.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at the Buna Street home, with further enquires set to be undertaken across the suburb.
The Daily Advertiser understands the alleged thief apprehended had robbed a motel on Lake Albert Road.
Two minors emerged from the Adams Street home, confronted with irate residents screaming and hurling abuse.
It comes just one day after police conducted a search warrant on the same street.
A stolen green Suzuki hatchback was also recovered on the adjoining Mumford Street.
Inspector Rob Vergano said police have previously dealt with the suspect.
“We had some leads in relation to these search warrants,” he said.
“The 18-year-old arrested is known to police.
“Police believe the offences and the persons of interest may be connected.”
