The Hayes and Dabernig, Lee and Anthony Freedman, Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, Gerald Ryan, Tony McEvoy and Bjorn Baker stables have all nominated horses for the Cup.
Overdue will be the only hometown hope in the field after he booked his spot in the Cup with a win in the Tom Patton Cup at Wagga last month.
He also secured a berth in the $150,000 Wagga Gold Cup with a win in Sunday’s Albury Mile.
