The Dynasty will be the first of several restaurants at the iconic development, with French-style The Pig & Pastry coming mid-April and a steak house and micro-brewery slated for the eat/drink precinct.
Developed James Maher said the modern bar and restaurant displays Chinese cultural touches from heritage artwork and sculpture through to the dining tables and cutlery.
“It’s terrific to have such a high-quality and interesting venue as The Dynasty open at The Mill,” Mr Maher said.
“They’ve been really creative with the type of experience that they will provide diners.
“This is the first of a number of innovative food and beverage outlets that will open shortly within The Mill’s ‘Eat/Drink Precinct’ – there’ll be something for everyone.”
The restaurant will be open for “yum cha” at lunchtime and then a full dinner service, complete with private dining rooms available, in the evening – along with Beijing duck, Wagga style.
The Dynasty opens in the ground floor of The Mill on Wednesday, February 22.
