What’s on in Coolamon, November 24, 2016

WITH the hot summer temperatures hitting the shire, it is a perfect time to relax and cool off at your local swimming pool.

The Coolamon Pool is open from 6.30am to 8.30am and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and also on weekends. Check out Coolamon Pool’s Facebook Page for more details.

LIBRARY storytime will be held this Friday, November 25 with the theme "Grandparents" at 10.30am.

We welcome grandparents to join us for this special storytime.

The library welcomes the Australian Hearing Association from Wagga on Tuesday, November 29 at 10.30am.

Come and have your hearing tested and discover the latest hearing devices.

This is a free service and everyone is most welcomed to attend.

The "Food for Fines" campaign is on again this year at the Coolamon Library.

This is a great opportunity to clear all outstanding fines by donating non-perishable food in lieu of money.

All collected food will be donated to St Vincent de Paul in Coolamon.

They will then distribute the food to our local families within our shire.

WITH Christmas right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to shop locally to buy the friends and family the gift they deserve.

There are so many different options for men and women of all ages in the shire and it not only saves a trip to bigger regions, but puts money back into the community.
