A combination of tantalising smells from food from across the globe and the musical sounds of different countries enticed an increased number of people on last year’s Fusion festival.
“The city of Wagga and festival partners are absolutely thrilled and delighted,” council’s community development officer and Fusion 16 project manager, Victoria Lowe, said.
“All ages and backgrounds were all up on their feet and dancing for hours.
“It really does reflect Wagga’s unique population.”
Fusion 16 is a collaborative effort from Wagga City Council, the Multicultural Council of Wagga Wagga, the Riverina Community College and major sponsor, The Daily Advertiser.
