Wagga siblings Damian and Ainsley Jenkins wrote and filmed Dirt, inspired by a true story, in Wagga with their father as part of Next In Line Films.
The film recently won best actor for Craig Alexander, best editor for Olivia Jean and best sound for David Freeman at South Australia’s 2015 Fleurieu Film Festival.
“Australians, in particular regional Australians, really connect with the story,” Damian Jenkins said.
The film features a series of events over the past and present that collide to send one man to breaking point.
The 10-minute movie was filmed in recognisable Wagga locations..
