Coolamon Cheese will officially open its doors this Saturday and the waft of locally-made products will greet visitors.
Director and cheese maker Barry Lillywhite predicts a very successful weekend.
“We believe it’s going to be overwhelming,” Mr Lillywhite said.
“It’s what we’ve been dreaming about.”
Doors will open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and will remain open seven days a week at 87 Cowabbie Street.
Visitors will be able to taste a range of cheeses made onsite, including Australia natives, cheddar, three types of blues, two types of whites and two types of feta.
