“Wagga is just a great centre,” director Rod Fardell said.
“It’s a beautiful set up, it’s got a great feel to it.”
Mr Fardell said each of the 1500 participants at last year’s event were keen for a good time and there is no looking past that atmosphere.
The event has also raised more than $34,000 for various charities from 13 events in the past financial year.
There will be the usual colour stops at this year’s event but Mr Fardell said people should also expect a few surprises, including a foam machine.
The company is looking at bringing a Glow Run to Wagga at night time in the next 12 months.
Registrations for the event on September 4 from 9.30am at Lake Albert are now open at www.dyehardfunrun.com.au/wagga-wagga.
