Maude men charged for 14 offences
A POLICE crackdown on hunting near Hay, saw men arrested for offences including drug possession.
On Sunday police investigated reports that men were illegally hunting on a property.
The owners reported the men and the four alleged offenders were found.
Infringement notices for traffic, dog, summary and trespass offences adding up to more than $7,000 were issues.
A 53-year-old Maude man was issued a field court attendance notice for possessing cannabis. He will appear at Hay Local Court on August 3.
