A REPORT on the 36-hectare council-owned Copland Street and Kooringal Road corner site could provide Harness Racing NSW with an alternate option to its planned North Wagga development.
Cr Greg Conkey asked that a report include the current unimproved land value, existing constraints to development and future development scenarios, including council as the developer.
Councillors resolved to receive the report in July.
