
Wagga will celebrate 100 years of women in policing this Monday at Victory Memorial Gardens from 11am.
A STATEWIDE relay to mark 100 years of women in policing this year will pass through Wagga this Monday.
Local female officers will run a custom-made NSW Police baton through the main streets, before the community is invited to attend Victory Memorial Gardens from 11am for a free barbecue.
The relay will be accompanied by the Regional Roadshow, detailing the history of women on the beat.
