Wagga police executed a search warrant at a home on Eldershaw Drive, Forest Hill about 3.45pm and seized prohibited drugs including cannabis and methamphetamine.
Property, believed to have been stolen, was also found.
A 26-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Wagga police station, where he was charged with five offences including supply prohibited drugs, supply prohibited plant, possess prohibited drug and goods suspected stolen in/on premises.
He was refused bail at Wagga Local Court on Saturday and will reappear on Monday.
Police investigations are ongoing.
