An Ambulance NSW spokeswoman confirmed one patient was taken to Temora District Hospital as a precautionary measure.
The person's age and gender aren't known.
4.45pm: ONE person has been taken to hospital after a house fire in Temora on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services were alerted to the fire at a house on Deboos Street about 4.10pm.
According to Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW), the home was well alight when crews arrived.
An Ambulance NSW spokeswoman confirmed one patient was being transported to hospital, but was unable to say which hospital at this stage.
The person's age, gender and condition are not yet known.
It is understood police have closed Deboos Street between Austral and Britannia streets.
