Same exceptional service for the last 70 years
Nothing comes before customer service at Barclay’s Radiator Service and Wagga Car Air Conditioning.
Jason, Jo and their team pride themselves on ensuring each customer understands what is happening with their vehicle.
They promise clear and concise communication with every service.
“It is very important to constantly keep the customer in the loop and give them an accurate estimation,” Jo said.
“If something changes during the course of the repair, we will call the customer to update them to the changes and on what the price difference will be.

“We also like to provide proof of our evaluations, so customers know what is going on. For example, photos of their damaged radiator or keeping the old cabin filter to show them.
“Educating the customer of how their cars work and how the air conditioning system works allows them to better understand the work that needs doing, and showing them we are doing it right, not just patching it up.”
One of the key features setting Barclay’s apart is the knowledge which has been handed down through the generations, according to former owner Anne Barclay.
“Jason is unique in that he has learned from Bob; all those old vintage things like tractors and pumps, Jason can fix anything, not just the standard modern car.
“For our long standing trade customers, especially those who live out of town, that means a lot.
“In a world where so much is changing, people like that continuity of service,” she said.
“The service today is the same as it was 70 years ago, no matter what we are presented with.”
Customers also know that Barclay’s takes care of even the smallest things, which can make a huge difference to the comfort of your vehicle.
