The 20-year-old male was seen chucking rocks at moving vehicles early on Tuesday morning, February 13, eventually busting a mirror off the side of a vehicle.
He was located and arrested by police shortly after.
Thankfully, nobody was injured but police have condemned his actions.
“Obviously if you’re throwing rocks at vehicles that are travelling past the impact on windscreens and similar could have severe consequences,” Chief Inspector Andrew Spliet said.
“Nobody was injured but it can be a fairly dangerous activity.”
He has since been charged with malicious damage.
The man will face Wagga Local Court on April 4.
