Alexander McCormack was one of 173 students from the schools of computing and mathematics; accounting and finance; marketing and management; biomedical sciences; and environmental science, donning cap and gown at CSU Wagga’s third graduation ceremony on Tuesday.
The small businesses minister said it was a proud day.
Mr McCormack said the day was a culmination of years of effort, with students – like his son – having “burned the midnight oil” to finally be qualified in some of the most vital sectors of the Australian economy.
“Today is a proud day for all of us,” Mr McCormack said.
“I stand here, not only as the minister for small business … but as a proud parent.”
