The two clubs are evenly matched by design after the club split its senior side straight down the middle to form two teams in the offseason, and the freshly formed sides drew 6-6 when they last met in late November.
“Historically have been able to play out close games quite well,” Barrett said.
“We often put ourselves in a position where we’re fighting back into the game late, so the tight ones don’t worry us.”
The Pink leader said the key for his men would be getting youngsters Ethan Ross and Sebastian Brown more involved in attack.
