Temora and Cootamundra left last season to join the one-team competition and the Cutters have confirmed they are considering joining them.
The Cutters had played in second grade until the competition restructure last year.
They played in third grade in 2018 but struggled for numbers.
Southern Inland rugby manager Mick McTaggart was contacted by the club on Tuesday following talk of the move when a restructure was announced in Orange.
McTaggart said the competition would not stand in their way.
