Strike Force Bruchhauser was established by officers from Wagga Wagga Local Area Command in December 2016 to investigate the supply of methamphetamine.
The long-running inquiry saw police swoop on a vehicle travelling on the Hume Highway at Goulburn on October 21.
Officers spoke to the occupants, a man and woman, before conducting a search of the vehicle.
A sum of cash was allegedly located and seized and the occupants were released pending further inquiries.
A warrant was subsequently issued for their arrest and, following further inquiries, the pair was located on Friday in Wodonga, Victoria.
After their arrest, the 36-year-old man and 32-year-old woman appeared at the Wodonga Magistrates Court where an extradition to NSW was granted.
They were then taken to Albury Police Station where they were both charged with suppling a large commercial quantity of a prohibited drug and knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime with intent to conceal.
Both were refused bail to appear at Albury Local Court on Saturday.
