What’s on Where
Brookong Lagoon
Enjoy a stroll through the main sculpture area amongst the jaw dropping Farm Art Sculptures. This area is also home to live music, food and craft stalls, and it is the main viewing area for the magnificent Saturday evening fireworks display.
Memorial Hall
Fine arts and photography exhibitions, open on Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 4pm. Don’t forget to enter the People’s Choice Award at both exhibition spaces.
Town Centre
Unique, fashionable and high quality goods will be on sale from around 100 stalls set up along the main street from 9am to 4pm. Local shops will also be running special weekend bargains. Children’s entertainment at the south-western end, around the corner from the Brookong Nook Craft Shop.
Farm Tours
Experience a working farm first hand for a gold coin donation. See the latest machinery, crops before harvest and see shearing in action. The farm is just a short bus ride from town with tours leaving at 11.30am and 1.30pm from opposite the caravan park.
Tours available Saturday only with limited places available. Register at the Spirit of the Land office by 11am for the first tour, or 1pm for the second tour.
Greens Gunyah Museum and Doris Golder Wool Art Gallery
Wander through the museum to check out the quaint collection of memorabilia and explore wool portraits in the Doris Golder Wool Art Gallery. Open 9.30am to 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday with a free Devonshire Tea included in entry fee.
