Andre was banned for violent conduct following his involvement in a scuffle with Henwood Park coach Matt Menser on Saturday.
Tolland has since collated a series of statements from figures within the club, including Andre himself.
Those statements will be used to present a case to Football Wagga, but it remains to be seen whether the case will make it as far as a formal hearing.
Wolves president Maurie Hogan said he was confident the club would mount a strong argument.
“The club believes it has sufficient documentation to make a solid case to have the severity of the sentence reduced,” he said.
“Bruno admits he engaged in foul play and that he deserves to be suspended, but it’s the length of the suspension that’s in question.”
Hogan was quick to point out that the competition’s referees and disciplinary committee do a “wonderful” job, but said it was up to both him and his club to do the right thing by their players.
Football Wagga’s ruling rubs Andre out for the rest of the season, including finals.
The suspension comes at a particularly bad time for Tolland, having just hit a stunning patch of form with consecutive victories over ladder-leading Lake Albert and previously unbeaten Henwood Park.
