AFL NSW-ACT open schools finals to be held in Wagga

SCHOOLS from across the state will arrive in Wagga this week for the finals of the AFL NSW-ACT schools competitions.

The open boys finals will be held across Robertson Oval and McPherson Oval on Wednesday.

Wagga will be represented by Carroll Cup winners, Kildare Catholic College.

The final is set down for 3pm at Robertson Oval.

Mater Dei Catholic College will compete in the state girls finals, to be held across Bolton Park and Robertson Oval, on Thursday.

The final will be held at Robertson Oval at 2.30pm.

Leeton’s St Francis de Sales Regional College will take part in both finals.
