It comes as another car was stolen, dumped and torched in near Ashmont on Thursday morning and a tree set alight in Tolland on Tuesday night.
Stacie Begg said in 15 years, she had “never seen it so bad” in Wagga.
“The children have gotten worse,” Ms Begg said. “So has parenting.”
Ms Begg posted a warning on a public Facebook page this week, following a deliberate ignition in her street.
She said dry leaves and dead trees were a firebug’s dream and it was fortunate a neighbour had seen the blaze.
Ms Begg said she wondered what life was like for children who were allowed to run wild.
“My children come first,” Ms Begg said. “They know right from wrong and they know the rules.”
Ms Begg said said parents to take responsibility for their children and laws needed to be firmer for the youth who continued to break them.
“Maybe if they had (love and respect) and a loving home, they wouldn’t be doing the things they’re doing,” she said. “What is happening in the community is affecting a lot of people.”
Turvey Park Fire Station leading firefighter Andrew Holt said the station was called to suspicious fires almost daily.
“(Trees and cars) don’t just self-combust,” Mr Holt said. “I’d say the vast majority are deliberately lit.”
He said each burned-out car was someone’s property and every time one was destroyed, it made that person’s life a bit harder.
Mr Holt said catching the offenders came down to the information police got witnesses.
