Representative teams from Canberra and Wagga will go head-to-head, competing for the biggest laughs.
Comedian Aidan Mungai said audiences should be prepared for “anything to happen”.
Mr Mungai said it was a great feeling to be representing Wagga in the first event of its kind.
“We are a young group of comedians but I think we've got a lot of potential,” Mr Mungai said.
“I think we’ve got a good shot for the win and we’ll certainly surprise people.”
Mr Mungai said it was great to see a structured competition to get audiences involved.
The show will kick off at 7pm, with tickets for $20.
