A budding car detailer, Mr Lynch’s employment opportunities have now risen, his future in the palm of his hands.
Mr Lynch is one of more than 100 disadvantaged Wagga residents, gaining hours of driving experience thanks to the Red Cross Driver Licensing Access Program.
In desperate need of volunteers, Red Cross community programs officer Jennifer Cameron said just an hour week could help transform someones future.
“Most of our participants can’t apply for jobs without a license and are quite socially isolated,” Ms Cameron said.
“With no one in there life able to give them lessons, this helps break the cycle.”
