Both teams struggled last season, but new Steamers coach Paul Musarra thought there was plenty of improvement showed.
“Both teams attacked and played some really good stuff,” Mussara said. “They caught us napping a bit out wide, with some good finishes.
“They exposed us, which is something we have to work on, but it was good.”
