Jack and his partner Amanda Turnbull as well as Pitt and his girlfriend Lisa Bartley were charged over the alleged fix by Victoria Police earlier this month.
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) stewards moved to suspend their licences after the police charges were laid.
In a statement, HRV said stewards considered all relevant information including the submissions provided on behalf of the participants as to why no action should be taken against the participants or their licences in the circumstances.
They have been advised of their rights of appeal against the decision.
An appeal must be lodged with the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board Registrar by 5pm Friday.
The quartet are also due to face Shepparton Magistrates Court on February 20.
All four had their licences suspended following their arrests at the Breeders Crown meeting at Melton in August, but that was overturned on appeal.
However police has since announced they’ve been charged with engaging in conduct that corrupts a betting outcome and other related offences.
The charges stem from an investigation from a race at Cobram on June 22 2015.
The focus was on the training arrangements surrounding the winning horse Airbournemagic, the tactics adopted during the running of the race and the associated betting on the race.
Pitt drove the winner while Jack ran third in the race on Tooram Lad, ahead of the favourite Dehillman.
Pitt was set to take part in Junee’s Invitational Drivers Challenge on Thursday night.
