Reardon has been named in the Australian team that will go up against Bolt’s All-Stars, China, Japan, England and New Zealand at the inaugural Nitro Athletics Melbourne.
The new competition has been likened to athletic’s version of Twenty20 cricket and will be held over three nights at Lakeside Stadium on February 4, 9 and 11.
Reardon will go up against a field of para athletes, who will compete in a handicap race, similar to that of the Stawell Gift.
The Temora 26-year-old will use the meet as preparation for the world championships in London in July.
