In the men’s water polo, the Dolphins gave the competition leaders, Octopuses, a touch-up, but pulled up short of a win on Tuesday night. Teams were tied 3-3 at half time, and the Octopuses came out firing in the third quarter, and held on to win 8-7. Meanwhile, the Dolphins’ development squad had more luck against the embattled Raiders, winning 9-8. Shannon Gould again proved unstoppable, top-scoring with six goals.
