After a thrilling loss to Queensland Country on Thursday night, the Bush Blues again suffered a last-ball defeat at Wollongong.
This time they went down to East Asia Pacific in a rain-affected match.
NSW made 3-37 off their 5 overs but it wasn’t enough.
Making things worse, NSW also fell eight runs short against Western Australia Country.
Western Australian made 5-134 before NSW ended its innings at 8-127.
The Blues started the championships with two bonus points wins in one-day clashes but haven’t had the same success in the shorter form of the game.
All six teams will enjoy a well-earned day off on Saturday before the last round of T20s.
NSW will be looking to bounce back against Victory Country, who they defeated on day two of the competition.
