Employees from the now defunct franchise used their final days at Masters to create a music video to say goodbye to their “beloved” workplace.
Now-former worker Daniel Brunskill, who directed the clip, felt inclined to reveal the “immeasurable Masters spirit” to everybody.
Mr Brunskill said the bond and love shared between colleagues, even across different sites, was a testament to how valuable Masters was.
“It has a huge impact on my life,” he said.
“Masters and the people involved with it helped build up my confidence and my social life and made me a better person.
“I wanted to give people a taste of what behind the scenes at Masters were really like, and how dedicated we were to the community.”
He said the reception the video received has been mind blowing.
“Everyone involved with the franchise has been crying tears of joy,” he added.
“We aren't smiling because the company wants us to, but because we care about the people."
The video features employees from the Wagga warehouse lip-syncing to the tune of Final Song by Karen Marie Andersen.
