But Taylor Henderson, who was runner-up on X Factor in 2013, has forged a “long” career for himself, in reality TV terms at least.
The 23-year-old singer-songwriter will strum his way into Wagga on Monday for an in-store meet and greet at the local Sanity store.
Within a year of rising to stardom on X Factor, Henderson had a number one single, Borrow My Heart, and two number one ARIA albums.
Henderson is currently on the road promoting his new single, featured in the new Aussie romantic comedy movie Spin Out, which stars Xavier Samuel and Morgan Griffin. He will also be appearing at film premieres in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne and Geelong before starting a national tour.
