The game was reduced to 16-a-side for 15 minutes when the three players and the Blues’ Brandon Mathews were yellow carded just before three-quarter-time.
Robinson was reported for striking Mathews.
Hamilton, who took issue with Robinson, was charged with striking James Creasy in the resulting flare-up.
Creasy was also reported for striking Hamilton.
Mathews and Creasy had blood streaming from cuts as they headed for the benches.
The Blues had to gather on the boundary for their three-quarter-time huddle, with the coach not allowed on the field of play.
Tempers also flared in the second quarter after a heavy bump from Todd Clark on EWK’s Sam Armstrong taking a grab. Bryce McPherson took Clark to task and players from both sides rushed in.
