Leaving school can be an exciting time, but it can be a confusing time too.
Kurrajong staff are here to help. Our team supports school leavers and their families to explore the many and varied options available, whether this is a Transition to Work (TTW) or Community Participation (CP) program, or one of the other programs Kurrajong offers.
We explore the post-school possibilities with students in their final years of school, such as their dreams and goals, so we can help their choices become a reality.

Within the possibilities available from Kurrajong, school leavers may wish to undertake training to prepare for future employment, experience employment opportunities through a business in the community, or they may choose to be engaged in one of the businesses Kurrajong owns and operates.
Alternatively a person may choose to be part of Kurrajong’s Lifestyle Services encompassing a range of activities and experiences, accessing the community, volunteering, exploring the arts, involvement in leisure and recreational experiences, working on health and fitness, horticulture or animal care.
