Sixth-placed Crows had a comfortable 3-1 lead over seventh-placed Junee midway through the second half.
But the Jaguars dug deep and Adrian Merrigan replied quickly, beating Wagga United’s keeper off a classy cross.
Junee hammered the nail in the coffin in the dying minutes of the game to equalise.
“The boys decided to step it up a notch,” coach and keeper Isaac Cooper said.
“It was pretty good to watch from goals. It was nice to steal a few valuable points off Wagga United.”
The Jaguiars’ comeback follows a 4-2 come-from-behind victory over Tolland a week earlier.
