Bradley Neil Chisholm, 43, made his first appearance in Wagga Local Court on Monday, four days after being refused bail by a registrar.
He appeared by videolink with the Bathurst Correctional Complex.
There was no fresh application for bail.
The case was adjourned to September 21.
