Kilkee Flex qualified for the $175,000-to-the-winner final after finishing second in a heat last Thursday.
After finishing almost three lengths away from No Donuts in the heat, the Peter Dapiran-trained bitch has drawn box eight for the final.
No Donuts is rated a $1.85 chance in the final while Kilkee Flex at $18.
The final will be her fourth attempt at winning a group one race.
Her best result so far is a third in the Hume Cup Final at Sandown in November.
Kilkee Flex has won 15 of her 61 starts plus 20 placings.
