Canberra-based Justin Mesman and Mark Kimball have had an injury-interrupted opening month to the season, playing together in only one Jets game – the loss to The Rock-Yerong Creek in round two.
Even then, Kimball played only a little over a quarter.
He suffered a head knock and has missed the last two weeks.
Mesman has struggled with a knee injury since the pre-season but has been cleared to return after also missing the last two matches.
Co-coach Sam Fisher believes the EWK game will be a good gauge for the Jets.
“They’re the benchmark for the past couple of years so it will put into perspective where we’re at, up against a good side,” Fisher said.
