The Crows are destined to start as one of the favourites for the Riverina League premiership this season on the back of a handful of recruits and no losses.
Nancarrow arrives at Leeton after two seasons in charge of Northern Riverina League club Hillston, where he quickly established himself as one of the best players in the competition.
He has also spent time at Queanbeyan and Griffith.
New Leeton-Whitton coach Jade Hodge is yet to make the move back from Western Australia to Leeton but is happy with the list at his disposal.
“I’m pretty happy with where we’re at,” Hodge said.
“We’ve got lots of options, which is what we’re looking for.
“The young fellas there will be better for a year under their belt and having a few more experienced guys around them will be good.
“It’s exciting times.”
Hodge shied away from pre-season talk of premiership favouritism.
“Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy with where we’re at but the boys were in a pretty good position last year as well,” he said.
“I’m pretty lucky to come in and take over from a good coach like Dave (Meline) who has got the boys to a really good position but I don’t think about that too much.”
Nancarrow was best-on-ground in Northern Riverina League’s interleague win over Central West in 2014.
He joins a list of recruits that include Hodge, who will slot in at full-forward, midfielder Luke Potter and centre-half-back Josh Grant.
The Crows have started pre-season under assistant coach Sean Browning.
