Littlejohn will leave Manly at the end of the season after he signed a one-year deal with the Tigers this week.
The talented playmaker has struggled to break into the Manly team this season behind star halves pairing Daly Cherry-Evans and Kieran Foran.
Littlejohn played five NRL games last year but is yet to crack the Sea Eagles squad this season, despite the club struggling for large parts of the year.
The Tigers unveiled the signing of Littlejohn and fellow Manly squad member Michael Chee Kam as they look to strengthen their depth for 2016.
Wests Tigers coach Jason Taylor talked up the club’s signings of Littlejohn, Chee Kam and rugby sevens convert Jesse Parahi.
“It’s really important for us to start building our depth at the club,” Taylor said.
“These three guys are going to help us do that.
“They are all talented players in their own right and having spoken to them each individually, I know that they are coming here to push for first grade position and that’s what we want.
“It’s important to have those players at our club who are willing to put in the desired work and effort – both on and off the field - to get themselves in a position where they are genuinely pushing for an NRL position.
“These guys have that ambition and it’s going to build competition within our ranks which will help push us forward as a club.”
The Tigers will be Littlejohn’s fourth NRL club.
He left Brothers after the 2009 Group Nine season and has spent time at Sydney Roosters, Canterbury and Manly.
Littlejohn, 23, has spent the majority of his time in the NSW Cup but made his NRL debut at Manly in April last year.
He will be out to claim oust either Mitchell Moses or Luke Brooks in the Tigers’ halves pairing.
