The murder of the 26-year-old school teacher has devastated the community.
A tsunami of tributes have flooded social media, with the trending hashtag #lightforsteph proving the community’s strength.
Mourners wrote of the future Ms Scott has been robbed of, saying their hearts broke for her, her family and Leeton.
Coleambally’s Sammi Blackett pleaded with the community to “keep them burning until she comes home”.
Angie O’Reilly photographed a chorus of Angels, whose shadows were reflected on the wall.
“May these Angels watch over Stephanie, her fiancee, family, friends and colleagues who are obviously heartbroken at this incredibly difficult time, when it was meant to be a time of complete joy,” Ms O’Reilly wrote.
More than 11,000 people have joined the Facebook page, showing the sweeping impact Ms Scott’s murder has had.
A community fundraising page set up for Ms Scott’s family by her would be husbands work colleague has raised more than $14,000 to date.
