It takes to four the number of people charged over Mr Power’s violent death, and police have said they anticipate more arrests.
Annette Heather Allen, 56, of Collingullie, faced Wagga Local Court on Thursday after her arrest on Wednesday.
Allen is accused of aiding her son, 19-year-old Owen Fuller, after he allegedly bludgeoned 33-year-old Mr Power to death in a Young Street in the early hours of August 29, 2013.
She is also accused of being an accessory after Fuller allegedly held up a Young service station nine days earlier.
Allen did not apply for bail and the case was adjourned to April 8 for reply to the brief of evidence.
