LONDONDERRY trainer Billy Muscat has been a bridesmaid in the MIA Breeders Plate before, but he's brought a dual attack for another crack at the listed feature.
Muscat has made two ventures to Leeton before with the two-year-olds twice before but has fallen just short of the ultimate glory.
He finished second behind Lettucerocku with Weona Ace in 2010 and fourth with Smiling Spirit behind Business In Motion in 2013.
Muscat travelled down with Its Inevitable and Mister Tom Dooley yesterday and will remain in Leeton for a week if all goes to plan.
Both horses were purchased by Muscat as weanlings in New Zealand and Its Inevitable was an impressive trial winner at Penrith last week.
The son of Bettors Delight put 40 metres on his rivals running a last half in 60 seconds.
Its Inevitable has drawn in the same heat as Col Thomas's boom colt Bettermatch, but he isn't too worried about his opposition.
"He's a nice colt, pretty smart, does everything right and they will know he's there and hard to beat," Muscat said.
"He can do it both ways - he can do it hard or do it easy.
"They have to worry about me as I'm not worried about them."
Mister Tom Dooley was sent out as favourite at Bathurst last week, before making a couple of mistakes and finishing third.
Muscat believes he'll be better for the racing experience.
"He's a little bit green and has a little bit to learn," Muscat said.
"We've changed a few things in his gear and hopefully they've worked."
With his experience at Leeton, Muscat knows just how important it is to get the two-year-olds safely through the first corner.
Not expecting to be part of the early fireworks in the heats, Muscat is focusing on qualifying his pair for the final.
Son Michael will take the reins on both two-year-olds as well as In Runaway Bay in one of five heats of the Bells Produce Carnival Pace.
In Runaway Bay is resuming from a spell after claiming the Breeders Crown consolation last start.
The Muscats also have Santastic Princess resuming in a heat of the Golden Apple Super Store Pace tomorrow night and will be searching for a hat trick of wins with the mare.
