AN ASHMONT man had $9550 cash, a taser, methamphetamine and steroids in his home when it was raided by police, it is alleged in court papers.
The case of 29-year-old Anthony Dibiccari was mentioned briefly in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday for the first time since his arrest on October 29.
Magistrate Michael Antrum ordered a prosecution brief of evidence be served on Dibiccari's solicitor, Max Staples, late next month and for Mr Staples to reply to the brief in court on February 11.
Dibiccari is charged with supplying methamphetamine, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug (70g of methamphetamine and steroids), possessing a prescribed restricted substance (diazepam), possessing ammunition without a permit, dealing with property suspected of being the proceeds of crime ($9550) and possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit (taser).
Dibiccari has not entered pleas to the charges.
