An 82-year-old woman has died after being run over by her own car in Sydney's west on Sunday morning.

Emergency services were called to Boake Close, Glenmore Park just after 7am to find a woman trapped underneath a vehicle with serious injuries.
Police said the woman reversed her car out of the driveway before stopping her car for an unknown reason.
She then walked behind the vehicle, which somehow rolled over her and crushed her body.
Neighbours called emergency services immediately, but when paramedics arrived the elderly woman was pronounced dead.
Police have established a crime scene and are continuing their investigations.
